Origin:
Porto DOC.
Vinification:
Grapes are harvested, to 20 Kg boxes,
at its optimal ripeness intending to show a vigorous maturity,
leading to higher aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations.
After fully stalked and crushed, grapes are fermented in Inox,
with temperature control.
Tasting Notes:
Made from a rigorous selection of wines aged in wooden barrels
with tawny - red color fading to brick on the rim.
On the palate, the rich jammy flavors are lifted on the finish by
an attractive crisp acidity.
Analysis:
Alcohol (%vol) - 19.5%.
Total Acidity (tartaric acid) - 3.49 g/dm3.
pH - 3.43.
Service:
Should be served, 10 minutes before, at a
temperature of 17ºC.
