Grapes are harvested, to 20 Kg boxes, at its optimal ripeness
intending to show a vigorous maturity, leading to higher
aromatic and polyphenolic concentrations. After fully stalked
and crushed, grapes are fermented in Inox, with temperature
Deep ruby colour, vigorous and youthful nose, full of intense
cherry and blackcurrant aromas. Full bodied on the palate, with
solid but well integrated tannins, and a long rich fruity finish.
Alcohol (%vol) - 19.7%.
Total Acidity (tartaric acid) - 3.6 g/dm3.
Volatile Acidity Fixed (acetic acid) - 0.2 g/dm3.
pH - 3.71.
Should be served, 10 minutes before, at a
temperature of 17ºC.
