Pairing Tips :
With this wine we suggest intense meat dishes, such as
roasted lamb or beef. Best served at 16ºC.
Origin :
Mainly grapes that come from the best vineyards from Dão,
with granite, clay and limestone formation soil.

Alcohol : 13.5%.
Dry Extract : 32.8 g/l.
Volatile Acidity : 057 g/l.
Total Sugars : 3.4 g/dm3.
Vinification :
Hand picked grapes. Reception, full destemming and
immediate crushing. Fermentation at a controled
temperature of up to 28ºC for 5 - 6 days.
Ageing :
2 years in stainless steel vats, 6 months in oak Alier
Fino barrels and the aging process in the bottle.
