Aging: 12 months in oak Allier Fino barrels, followed by the
aging process in the bottle. This wine is a blend of 4 Wines
from the Penalva do Castelo, Cooperatives of Mangualde,
Silgueiros e Vila Nova de Tazem.
Color: Deep red Color with purple shades.
Aroma: Reveals a complex and rich aroma, with nuances
of black plum notes, violet and bergamot combined with
nuances of fresh vanilla, lined with balsamic fragrance.
Flavor: Reveals a well - muscled body and velvety, due to
the firm and fine structure of the grapes and character of our terroir.
Alcoholic content: 13.5% Vol.
Volatile acidity: 0.56 g/l.
Total acidity: 5.45 g/l.
Dry extract: 33.0 g/l.
Residual Sugar: 2.60 g/l.
